Account and contact

We use your email and profile details to provide sign-in, account settings, support, and product communication. If you contact us, we receive the details you submit.

Plugin work and Analysis

JAIPilot can run coding agent jobs on your computer. Analysis syncs a limited change record to your account, including the repository and branch, job outcome, changed file names, verification results, and available measurements. Full prompts, code diffs, and terminal logs are not included in these synced records.

Some plugin workflows may send the code context needed for a request to JAIPilot servers and an AI provider. Review the action you choose before sending code from a confidential repository.

Billing

Our payment provider handles checkout, payment methods, invoices, and subscription management. JAIPilot receives subscription status and identifiers needed to provide access; this website does not collect card numbers.

Cookies and service records

We use cookies needed for sign-in and account sessions. Operational records may be used to secure and troubleshoot the service. The Analysis page displays your synced product measurements; we do not sell those records.

Your choices

You can change account details and email preferences in Settings. To ask about access to or deletion of your account data, email contact@jaipilot.com. Some billing records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
